AI-assisted drafts must not invent facts, quotations, statistics, people or companies, and must not copy source sentence structure. Any draft that cannot be grounded in an identified source is rejected.

Where human approval is required, no article is published until an editor has reviewed the source record. We never state that content has been independently verified when it has not.
